SPOKEN WORD SEGMENT - STUDIO 303's NOISE IN THE DARK PROJECT - NOVEMBER 1998

Nothing I can say here will adequately describe this event, I guess you had to be there... Studio 303 is still doing this project and it's really amazing, you should check it out if you're in Montreal. Basically, the audience is led into a totally pitch black room where anything can and will happen. Your ears are the only tools to guide you through this abstract experience.

I have to admit that this was not one of my best performances - I was still vulnerable at the time, dealing with very sensitive subject matter and the audience did not react positively to what I had to share. I became violent ("my leather weapon is my mind", right Ice?), improvised and found some way to end my piece otherwise. I learned a lot from that experience and I would like to sincerely thank Paul Caskey for being really cool with me back then... thanks, man, I really appreciate it!
